We ask that everyone who accesses the service to complete a Patient Experience Questionnaire both at the start and end of treatment. Your therapist may give you this questionnaire to complete.

We would encourage you to speak to your therapist or your local talking therapies manager in the first instance. However if you would like to make a complaint or want to discuss your treatment with someone independent from Talking Therapies you can also access our Trust Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
